Chanel wears her heart on her sleeve and you never have to guess what she is thinking. She’s a very posh young lady, but don’t let that fool you– she has thousands of miles under her feet and is no stranger to working hard! She still has her moments of acting like a puppy: when Ellen and the team were 3/4 of the way done with the 2017 Kobuk 440, Chanel was in swing and was purposely running so the end knot of the towline was balancing on her head. When it would fall off, she would nose it back up to balance it down the trail. To the rest of her 4 legged team, she is known as a little “ Dr. Jekyll/ Mr. Hyde”, but the young male dogs think her flirty growl is very enticing and try to win her over with smooth moves.
